Delete a destination

/v1/destinations/{id}

Soft-delete a destination. Fails with 409 if an endpoint still routes to it — remove it from those routes first.

Scoped API key. Scopes are read ⊂ write ⊂ admin. A call needing more scope than the key holds returns 403 insufficient_scope.
